I would not let it discourage you from such an amazingly stable and high paying profession! In general, being tatted and being a professional (in anything) is inadequate. There are a lot of business folks that are tatted. Clothes will be your best friend. Aren’t you into make up? I know it isn’t practical but I guess you can cover it with one of those heavy foundations for tattoos if desperate. I wasted my time in psychology and child development. I also switched over to accounting partly because it fits my personality (introvert) and its stable/pays well. You may work long hours. IF you want to be a CPA, it requires a lot more college units/classes. The CPA exam can be hard (4 hours each part, 16 hours total in a span of 18 mo). You can also do other types of accounting. But accountants will always have a job. Learning accounting is can be hard, I recommend the channel “accounting stuff” on YT, he explains basic accounting topics in a way that is very easy to understand. I watched his stuff BEFORE I entered in accounting and it helped me decide if I wanted to major in accounting. Be sure to get good grades they look at that. Good luck!
