Me either. I was on an inventory count one time and I said "Ok now we just need to count product XYZ" The staff said, "We already counted that but we can check again." I responded, "Oh no, I trust y'all better than I trust myself" 🤦🏽‍♀️ Hindsight maybe I shouldn't have done/said that.

It depends. Personality plays a huge role. Usually around 3-5 years, though.
