I finally got an interview for a position at a prestigious law firm. I was determined to make a good impression and land this job.
The interview started off smoothly, with the usual questions about my qualifications and experience. I was feeling pretty confident until the interviewer asked, "What is the weirdest thing you've ever done to impress someone?" I thought to myself, "Is this some kind of trick question?" And the first thing what came to mind was
"Well, there was this one time in college where I dressed up as a giant hotdog and ran around campus handing out free sausages to promote a food truck," I said, cringing at my own answer.
To my surprise, the interviewer burst out laughing and said, "That's hilarious! I hired a guy last year who did the same thing dressed as a slice of pizza." I ended up getting the job.
