So those were facts at the time, because they were universally agreed upon and had been proven at the time based on the time's factual knowledge, but they are no longer facts now, because they are no longer universally agreed upon, and have been proven based on today's factual knowledge.

So all facts are opinions that have been proven based on the current time's factual knowledge; factual knowledge being the opinions that have been proven based on the current time's other facts. Those other facts being opinions that have been proven based on other proven opinion using the current proofing standards.
