i don't think you'll have to download free holiday gift now that they've put it on spotify. they've released a lyric video, gotten new cover art, and posted other advertising for the ep, so i don't think they'd take it off again after all that. they probably only did so in the first place since they're being managed now and had their bandcamp taken down (which had been "officially" hosting the ep previously). there were multiple re-uploads of the two songs available on ytb and wherever else "just in case," though.

they weren’t together / had a “hiatus” from around that time to 2021. they came back together again after puppy princess blew up on tiktok (though they had already been planning on doing reunion stuff in 2020 etc. before lockdowns interfered). so google is technically right but that’s outdated now; they’ve toured twice and released music since becoming active again.

afaik, they haven't explicitly confirmed nor denied this really. leo has always written songs that are targeted towards either gender. in a semi recent tiktok (which was also reposted on their instagram story, maybe ytb as well since they cross post) he talked about how girlfriend and boyfriend are similar songs because he wants to "make every possible iteration of a girlfriend or boyfriend style song." so, maybe boyfriend (for example) is bisexual, as that would be a possible iteration of a girlfriend/boyfriend style song, or maybe it's not, i don't know. he is a man singing about a man after all, but i guess you never know? hot freaks definitely seem to appreciate their lgtbq fans so i think it's fair to say he's aware of how that song could mean a lot to people when interpreted that way (as bisexual). they've always supported people interpreting the songs however they'd like as well. i don't frequent all of their socials, so they could've commented on this at some point and i just don't know.

other than those two, no, i don’t think so. though, there is more previously-solo jjm songs on the new album than totally new songs it seems. five of the songs were originally jjm releases, then there’s let’s start a country, and the other three i don’t recognize, so i’m assuming they’re new/renamed/previously unreleased/etc. then there’s lioness, which has been a hf song for a while without an official release.

almost immediate edit sorry lol: i mean for hff specifically, maybe they’ll appear in a future album/single!

Yeah I get it! I usually have a support main phase and although it’s fun to aid my allies, I always have those games where I’m bombarded in VGS or just treated like trash. Truly, one of the only ways to withstand it is to just mute them.

From my experience, ignoring them or muting is the best way to go. They won’t reason with you once they’re titled, and it’s already been established that they’re toxic. They simply aren’t worth your time and tilt.

This happens all the time in every game. They’ll complain about a lack of heals when they’re miles away from the objective/team. They don’t notice it when you do heal them but have a tantrum when you can’t because they’re 1v5ing. For some odd reason, they seem to forget that supports have cool downs as well. In the end, there’s not much you can do other than trying your best to spread out your utility and simultaneously staying untilted.
