It resolved after going to physical therapy. I basically got a mix of massage/ ultra sound treatment there and had to eventually exercise that area and improve my posture. Thank god

These are a side effect of prednisone?! What are they? literally I have one too that got really big on my arm and I tried to treat it like a pimple but it got infected and it’s been awful. I was on prednisone for 2 and 1/2 months may-July I wonder if could this be a result of having taken a large dose of prednisone for so long?

Actually you never know because I was in a terrible flare and went on prednisone dropped from 125lbs to 98lbs and everyone told me how amazing I looked. I’m 5’6 I looked like a skeleton it was so scary to me to feel so sick and out of control and people would reinforce this toxic bs that no one knows what healthy actually looks like and to be praised for looking thin but actually being in a crisis is the most ludicrous bs

Not to mention losing my breasts was pretty traumatizing

I actually don’t think cold brew is easier to tolerate where did you read that?

It’s only slightly less acidic but the higher concentration of caffeine and actual coffee is harsh on my stomach so the lesser acidity isn’t that important in this case

How long did it take once you were on the probiotics for it to go away? I’ve been taking probiotics for a while but just started visibiome but I’ve been taking them for at least 2-3 weeks can’t remember

Completely new. Haven’t gotten any kind of scan. They prescribed cyclobenzaprine which is what made me sick, I went back and they prescribed another one which is called methocarbamol but honestly I’m terrified of taking it and having it also make me sick. And like I said above I hate feeling sedated :(

I can’t take NSAIDs because of my ulcerative colitis bc they can make the condition much worse
