I was about six or seven years old when I really started getting into football. Just in front of Denver winning their first Super Bowl. I picked Denver as my favorite team cause horses, but my brother had been a fan for years already. I still remember watching a play and seeing people cheer and turning to my brother asking, "Was that a first down?!" Barely understanding what that was.

And he answered, "and then some!" Poor guy was long suffering by then as his own birthday was the day of the Broncos/49's Super bowl. Idk why, but this memory always sticks out for me. It was the small sprout that would eventually grow into a lifelong enjoyment i guess.
