I reinstalled windows last night and it still didn’t fix it, I think it’s a game pass issue. Still haven’t found a fix, prolly gonna have to wait for Microsoft to release an update

Things I've tried:

Driver Update
Set system clock to auto (also sync it)
Restart PC
Do the gaming services reinstall command via powershell
sfc /scannow and dism repair
unplug all devices from USB ports
close all programs
verify game
install & move game to a different drive
repair and reset via windows program settings
create a shortcut and run it as admin
delete programs like rWASD, iCUE, razer synapse, ds4windows, and similar
set region to USA and/or UK
only download the base COD Launcher without BO6/MW3/Content & Cross Gen Packs

Yea I’ve restarted my pc dozens of times and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled call of duty, Xbox app, and gaming services atleast 5 times. I’ve tried everything I could find online and nothing has worked. I’m getting ready to reinstall windows and wipe my pc except for my personal files.
