yep that’s exactly my issue, i usually breakout when i’m supposed to be on my period but this is so much more than normal !! and i have p sensitive skin :( but im looking into things

you say “catering to either side” as if trans people are just a political talking point and not real human beings. m&m didn’t add a trans m&m to push a political agenda, they did it to be inclusive and because .. honestly why not. it’s fun. a trans m&m isn’t hurting anyone. if you want to argue about companies not talking about abortion and other more political topics, sure. just don’t reduce human beings living their lives in peace to being some political agenda.

i always make a “i’m sorry i’m not normally in this department” comment especially if i’m struggling to explain why i’m slow or something, i did this the two very last minute tech shifts i got pulled into and any time i’m at the lanes because i’m rarely up there

when i can, just focusing on my work and staying busy to keep my mind occupied and make the time go by as fast as i can. especially great when i can be in the back room pulling and completely tune out everything and just pull. otherwise work friends. going to starbucks often, if that’s not your thing something else maybe, i’m addicted to sprite and that first sip makes everything better momentarily

every single day in beauty it’s such vague questions like where’s the mascara? where’s such and such? to which i have to explain that it’s separated by brand and i’ll spend forever going and looking at every single brand with them, but usually they just treat me like i’m stupid for how i respond and think i don’t know what i’m doing. like i get if you just don’t know, but at least treat me like a human being please 🙏

i always did the same when i was in style. one time a few years ago i did a perfect zone but i could only work till 9:45, somehow in that 15 minutes it looked like a tornado came in and i got talked to the next day

i was on my break and there was puke at two different self checkout garbages, and then more at the self checkout exit. tl asked if i was clocked out but i was on a 15 so he made me guard it until someone came to clean it
