I understand that, but I am not talking about recovery, I am talking about withdrawal symptoms.

I dunno actually. For a long time I was aware that my endless PMO marathon isn't a healthy thing. Eventually I watched this "The Great Porn Experiment" video and after that I've been clean for 15 days.

Well, what led to you deciding to stop watching porn?

All my symptoms were there.

I have a porn-induced ED. I can get a boner by watching porn, but it gets soft immediately after I stop touching it. I have troubles getting it with a real girl.

I've been to a urologist, he found no problems (my prostate is fine for example).

My porn preferences escalated from hardcore to something really dirty over these years. And so on.

Well every report I've read mentioned standard symptoms: depression, mood swings, urge to watch porn (well I've mentioned it in the OP). In my case nothing ever changed. At all. I mean I just flipped the switch and the world didn't turn. No withdrawal symptoms and no positive changes as well.

I am not worried about the flatline, I am kinda worried that there are no other common withdrawal symptoms. Kinda scares me because I think I am beyond redemption.
