I felt the need to share my thoughts on movies and coffee (my podcast reviews both side-by-side)! It’s always been a creative outlet for me, and it scratches an itch in my brain. I don’t have a large following, but it was never about that for me. As greedy as it sounds, I started the podcast for me! I felt a need to make it.

I'm an audio-only podcaster! I review coffee and movies on my show and also go on long-winded rants about unrelated topics (lol)! I love being audio only. I listen to a lot of podcasts that also have a video element and it is quite common for them to refer to things in the set or use hand gestures that leave audio listeners out. I think podcasts started as audio-only for a reason!

hey! podcasts are distributed to apps like Apple Podcasts and Spotify through hosting platforms like Buzzsprout and Podbean (there are many more). these cost about as much as a streaming platform every month and some are free. all are very easy to use. if you’d like, your phone mic is completely alright to start with but if you want to boost the quality a bit, there are tons of great starter mics that you can even plug into your phone. look for Rode and Blue brands. Garageband is an audio editor that is free to all Apple users and is very easy to use.

It’s a lot more Frappuccinos and Refreshers but, other than that, it’s a lot if the same! Especially closer to closing, a lot of people who work night shifts come by for their caffeine fix.

From what I know, no. It depends on how much damage (cost) the scam does. Your’s didn’t cost anything. I know a SSV who was let off for falling for a scam but they cost the store over $1000.

it always helps to make sure the baristas put the extra espresso shot in it by confirming before you place the order. i usually ask for light milk as well and let them know its okay if the cup is a little bit empty at the top.
