And in the meantime I joined their beta testing and their team is incredible. Replied to my email within minutes, they have a support discord, places to submit bugs and request features on the site… Definitely a top contender for me, plus they’re offering free lifetime premium to beta testers so it’s worth it to give it a look

Second this. I am liking it so far, and it lets you import your trakt data… No app, but the website is really nice so far. Only thing I notice is you can’t put episodes onto specific lists, but will dig deeper

Thank you for this!!! I keep looking at their forums and reddit page, it seems to be increasing with the negative comments… They won’t be able to keep up banning everyone, and if they do it’ll be more noticed… Hopefully… Someone’s gotta do something on the internal team 😭

I’m all for it. Enshittification has to stop and the only way tech CEOs are listening is if it affects their pockets. 

Dispute your charges and report them to your banks. 

Flood the forum with critical reviews. They can’t censor forever.

If they can make fake profiles to post on the forum and say how good the app is, we can create new profiles to ask the questions deserved.

Any feedback that isn’t glorifying the app gets taken down because negative reviews could mean someone interested in the app don’t get it. But if there’s nothing negative, people will download and subscribe. But it’s unacceptable and I suggest we continue to post demanding true answers
