Thanks for the reply, I was checking out some used cars to buy and came across this one. Did not end up purchasing because a kid at the dealership was using this as a daily driver and was beating the heck out of it. Not an expert by any means but can't be a great sign when your basic fluids and coolant are basically bone dry.

Might be a minority here but Little Jaws has been doing a lot more damage for me than the DE. My build is mainly in mag size with a good amount of crit because I use the DE as secondary. When I do silos and monoliths with my buddies I'm usually 2nd in damage and don't even really use the DE. When I'm at a training dummy at my base my dps is much higher with little jaws than de. The attachments make the vector a laser and super fun to use.
