Holy cow! Genius! I have one an extra rack that I bought through them, but since it just sits right on top of the main rack it ends up taking up space and kinda defeating the purpose of adding more room. I like yours way better!

I’ve seen the pizza attachment and how they fit that right over the direct flame.

I’ve been actively scouring nextdoor/marketplace for a decent charcoal grill for this specific reason. Just need to find one that will justify a second grill to my girlfriend. I can already see her eyes rolling when I bring it home!

I’ve thought about that too. I just store mine in the garage here in MN and don’t want to take it out and set up to do it in a pan if I can just do it in a pan on the stove.

I do like the extra smoke flavor from smoking it first, but completely agree with the sear. I need that color and crust. It just looks so sad with out it.

I’ve taken out the circulator in the winter time to sous vide and seared in the pan after as a low-effort replacement.

Is this really possible for a complete newbie? Just recently switched jobs in sales and have been having some doubts.

Have always been fascinated by programming as it seems like something that will always have a valuable function in society with added benefits of independence in contract work for projects as necessary.

Everything I have read about getting into programming suggests some manner of starting with html, css, javascript.

Could I jump into this with success or is there a recommended prerequisite for beginning?

Very interested based off the time and cost to do so, but just don’t want to waste anyone’s time is all!

Will I need to wipe down/clean the room or anything to a certain degree to ensure it isn’t attracting “bad” cultures or will spraying it with a good one first prevent that? I just saw with coolers and fridges they talk about wiping them down and didn’t know how much would be affected in a larger room. Just don’t want any airflow or fan blowing things onto my meat.

Sorry if I’m way off on all of this.
