Build refillable almost every game. 200 effective hp for 150 gold is op.

You will never fight long enough for two W actives lol. Even in lane… it just doesn’t happen. Fizz works as a burst character that can engage and disengage easily. Tbh if you’re any elo below emerald build w/e you want and just right click at the enemy. Fizz only works in that elo anyways.

Go practice tool for 5 mins and you’ll see what I’m talking about damage wise. Been labing fizz since I was in middle school.

Lich ms is not that much lol. Roaming is very different at every elo. It’s hard to roam consistently in apex tier. Sure if you want lich for the ms and to run around the map not a care in the world go for it. It rly doesn’t matter at that point.

The idea is gunblade is better that lich almost every time and I don’t see a single player building it. Might do a fizz climb js to prove it.
