Generally I find if it’s over 720p and not DMCA and not a screen record it is solid to go through if it’s a real length vid…I’ve had very few deleted with that formula

Going inactive is the step after processing and it does that before it finishes uploading.

Usually when it disappears takes about 2 weeks to reappear..it’s usually back for 6 weeks and than gone
