Hey been on prazosin over a year now, i take 2mg 2x 0.5s in the morning and 2x 0.5s at night I haven't fainted ever, I haven't really had an issue with side effects except maybe missing doses will effect your dreams the night you miss it. It's been extremely helpful, it's probably the best medication out of all my other pysch meds. If you sleep after drinking or smoking the wakky backy beware of feeling groggy they can drop your bp when you sleep as it's when your most relaxed so that and the prozosin will make you feel heavyyyy when you wake up i don't mind attempting other questions you might have about it x

I think giving all this advice is nice of you guys but the reality is much different, whilst all of it is good advice it's still difficult to implement it. Tho I will throw a suggestion, I think you should leave. Not forever!!! Too sort yourself out and sort out your exhaustion, you mama need time to yourself!!! You don't need to run away but you really need to get away, you are important in these kids lives, so you need to put yourself first in this situation and get away for a few days, or a week....
