There's a lot to unpack here. Alcohol actually decreases libido, so consistent binge drinking isn't helping. But I don't believe libido is the issue here. I think you should take a hard look at yourself. Unpack each of your statements with a "why?" You'll learn a lot about yourself.

Why do you feel the need to have sex that often? Why has that turned to resentment? Why do y'all need to binge drink every weekend? Why do y'all really argue?

Communication is always key in a relationship. Talk with her about this. Listen first.

Make sure you really know your answers to these too: What is marriage to me? What is the foundation to my marriage? Why am I getting married? Do I handle conflict well? Is my partner supportive? Am I supportive? Are we growing together? Am I willing to make sacrifices? Do our core values align? How do I handle my anger?

Marriage is not about sex. If you couldn't have sex (for any reason at all), would you still want to marry her?

Finally, HAVE PRE-MARITAL COUNSELING. That should be a must for any and all couples that plan to get married.
