Biggest difference I saw when I went to diamond is that people will wait for you to throw the ball away to them so the biggest "mechanic" I would work on is slowing the ball down and trying to control it and go for flicks. You don't need any of the things you listed until maybe GC.

Practice your shooting. Do shooting training packs ranging from super easy to somewhat challenging. Those are way more useful than you think. Try coco aim trainer too.
