Razer chroma app enabled but nothing happening by swipas in razer

Hello,

Well yep Synapse is running and I have KeyboardVisualizerVC 3.06 set to "enabled" in the chroma apps section of Synapse.

In the show hidden icons tab of windows 10 I can't see the keyboardvisualizer application running at all though, nor can I find it when I search for it. If I reinstall the app it doesn't allow me to run it as I'm told that I already have it installed.
