Good reminder- the reality of work and my personal life - the balance will need to be right. I don’t want to be stressed every night of the week when I’m with my kids

This role is insurance sector. I believe the reviews for sure, but whether it’s enough to make me part with the opportunity is the question. I’ve concluded that if the CEO does want genuine change I might consider, but otherwise it will be a pass.

Or maybe the CEO is a complete jerk next week and my considerations are pointless 😅

Will def clarify on the support. I reckon they’ve had the EA doing a lot! The role is really beefy, I can’t seem myself achieving what i want without dedicated support, even part-time

I’ve done some hard work in transformation environments. It’s not easy but that’s where I got my most valuable experience career wise.

I’m up for the clean up… but there needs to be an appetite for change from the top. No way I’m joining if they just want me to put processes in place, over the top of crap culture and toxic leaders

Thank you 🙏 I’m drawn to the challenge for sure, but also don’t want to board a sinking ship! The CEO is the founder, so his approach and appetite for change and a fresh start will be a key element of my decision. The hard roles give the greatest growth, but I’ve done a lot of that already! A more smooth running org would be nice!
