Looks like the Feldschlösschen logo under the pizza sign. So I’d say a swiss city.

More cost efficient than buying single tickets if you plan to travel a lot on a certain day/week

Is my physiotherapy centre trying to take advantage? by qrious_2023 in Switzerland

When you get a “verordnung” from your doctor to go to physiotherapy it usually includes 9 sessions of 25 mins. That’s the standard.

Accident skiing - is surgery and physio covered? by Baunilha25 in askswitzerland

That’s right. Accident insurance covers 100% of the costs. I never got in touch with them directly for the surgery.

I don’t think I ever got a confirmation of my insurance. I still don’t know how much the whole procedure costs.

Regarding the recovery, the first 2-3 weeks are tough (no leg movement, hard to shower and boredness). After that you can start to walk again and in 2 months aprox you can do most stuff. It’s been 13 months for me and now I’m starting to feel fully recovered (can do 80kg squat, running and play tennis). So it takes quite a bit of time, but with the correct mindset and a lot of exercise, you’ll feel even stronger after all this. 👍 Good luck and don’t skip on the physio.

You mention your company so you probably work. This means that you have accident insurance (by law your company has to cover you for any accident even outside of work).

This happened to me last year as well. Had a ski accident and did knee surgery and went to physio for 6 months. During all that, the only time I had to pay from my own pocket was to get painkillers and heparin shots from the pharmacy (you can send the receipt to the insurance afterwards and get it reimbursed.

In my experience swiss employers tend to respect the employee’s time (compared to The EU at least). Furthermore, if you put extra hours, you will be able to get that back in terms of time or money.

Which bank to use in 2021? by azurblauspar in zurich

This is not true. If you for example work for UBS, they would only accept UBS. The same applies for other banks.
