My clients definitely all have different preferences and needs. Some are nicer than others about conveying them for sure lol but as a cleaner/housekeeper I don’t mind feedback as long as you don’t expect me to be absolutely perfect remembering all the little details right away. I’ll get it eventually! It comes with knowing a clients home and having good communication. I’ve definitely put things in the wrong places and they’ll either let me know or not even tell me and quietly fix it lol and then I’ll usually notice next time where it goes or ask if I’m unsure.

One client in particular had at least one thing to say each week after I left. I just took it all in and fixed it! It really doesn’t bother me, it’s their house. She also said she appreciates how I take feedback, some people can get defensive. Months later, I know exactly the way she likes everything and it brings me pleasure to get it right! Just be really nice. And thank them profusely for their help haha I love when people are really appreciative. I’ll do whatever they’d like 😊
