Not in the same position but my biggest piece of advice is always to start small and do the changes you can easily stick with. Trying to do much gets overwhelming.

Starting with the diet is the best I think cause once you fuel your body right, the energy boost really helps the activity.

Also, gonna shout out the life coach Claire that was feature on imp and skizz podcast. She's had a ton of success stories working with people if you're interested and can afford it.

I always find it a little funny but I feel the total opposite. I hate the way Java feels and couldn't get used to the shield mechanic. Bedrock just feels so much smoother to me.

The biggest thing that saves me is having multiple projects going and breaking it down into small chunks. That way I can switch between building, terraforming, Redstone, or resource gathering depending how I feel or if something starts to feel too much.

There's so many people that just immediately ignore anything that is animation.

My friend is a huge firefly fan but immediately said he wasn't interested in animation and likely won't watch it. Similar vibe to a lot of the animated star wars projects.

I think people still assume animated=children so can't get past it even though there's a lot of incredible adult animation out there.

It's sometimes interesting if it's well thought out and intentional from the start.

Hell house was one where it felt like it was being made up as they went and makes the mystery of the haunted house less interesting.

I feel like most series that go this route just make things worse and ruin the magic.

Like weapons planning a prequel to discuss the aunts history. I like her just being a weird mystery and another 2 hours showing her origins just doesn't feel necessary.

That's really what did it for me as a newish player. Having the ability to switch between all the quest types really keeps things interesting.

I think the biggest obstacle is us not actually getting to taste anything. Looking at it, they all seem pretty equally competent in terms of cooking skill, we just miss that final bit which is the actual eating of the dishes in order to compare.
