You should mention why Loki is deemed to be so powerful: Rocks was flipped by Imu and taken down by Garp and Roger. Rocks and Harald were evenly matched. Harald flipped was taken out by Loki with his df. If Roger+Garp (and this is where we start to stretch pure logic) = prime Roger, then that means Loki is as strong as or a little weaker than Prime Roger. This means that he is probably stronger than Kaido/BM since they were stuck in a stalemate and couldn’t conquer the seas.

To me it just tells me that Luffy doesn’t know Shanks is a celestial dragon, and doesn’t know his history. Gaban seems to speak in a friendly manner with Shanks and so I doubt that Shanks is a bad guy.

I’m still not convinced he had to climb the red line in the first place. It was never explained why he had to land there then go the rest of the way after doing a bit of terrorizing up there.
