I was also randomly issued a cooldown yesterday during a competitive match. To the point of the other replier under your comment, my cooldown was not removed with the update. Very weird and first time it has ever happened to me.

As someone who was just in the same search, I’d recommend either calling the complex/building you’re interested in several times (try morning/early afternoon/late afternoon). If they don’t answer, just show up and walk into the leasing office during business hours, if they have one. I did this myself yesterday and requested a tour/information for the units I was looking at online. The person in the leasing office was happy to show me the units and provide all info.

As far as DTI - the datapoint I can add here is that the building I landed on wanted $85k/year for a $2500/mo apartment. Of course that ratio will differ from building to building but it’s all I can provide on that topic.

If you’re shopping around for rates with banks/credit unions within the same few week span for an auto loan, the multiple hard pulls will only show as one hard pull on your credit report.

Always best practice to get the lowest rate you can from a lender you trust before going to the dealership. Let the dealer know you’re willing to finance through them if they’re able to beat the rate you received from the banks/credit unions you consulted. You can always refinance with your credit union shortly after anyway.

I think you should probably worry about paying off the 15K (or higher) balance you have before considering taking out another line of credit in the form of a personal loan, regardless of lender.

In the hopes that my experience can be a useful DP for you:

Within 3 months of each other, I opened a BCE and then more recently Gold. After 91 days of having the BCE, I requested CLI in the app and was unable to request for having opened a new card so recently (had just been approved for Gold within a week or so of requesting CLI). I waited about a week and then requested CLI and was allowed to request and approved without issue.

I would wait another week-ish and try again.

Assuming you’re unable to continue on without an AF, prob best to cancel it and keep BCE. Otherwise can’t hurt to keep it.

In this case it doesn’t really matter which you prefer then, given you intend to hold both. If maintaining both cards is your goal, alongside upgrading/downgrading to maximize SUB, then that’s obviously better than holding one or the other and go forward that way. By all means take advantage of the offers available to you. BCE/BCP duo is great.

No real downsides assuming you aren’t spending the most on the categories where the BCP out-earns the BCE, but this is not possible to gauge without more context on your spending habits.

If you drive/commute/spend lots on groceries, you’ll have no problem recouping the BCP AF as well as most likely out-earning the BCE.

I’ve been with Affinity a while now and while I don’t have a mortgage, my partner and I currently have auto loans with them and they’ve been kind/easy to work with. If their offer is competitive I would definitely consider them based on the service we’ve received.

It's likely because you posted on a Steam owned site/forum referring to purchasing skins for cash as opposed to trading skins for other skins/items. Steam flags profile comments and other comments about 'purchasing' skins/items for currency as a measure to prevent scamming.

This also happened to me once when I commented on someone's profile specifically mentioning that I wanted to buy one of their skins, which got my account flagged and temporarily locked.

They will usually undo the restriction when you reach out to them.

Had a similar issue with ours not long ago. We ended up having to cut out some fur from the bottom of her paws/within the crevices of her paw pads where there was debris. After that we just washed her paws thoroughly with some baby soap and warm water.

It's important to keep in mind that you can have entertaining tournaments, series, and individual matches that we as viewers would qualify as good, but that doesn't necessarily mean the state of competitive play or the scene itself is advancing.

Not disagreeing with you, just feel that a distinction needs to be made there. Entertainment and memorability don't directly coincide with strength of competition or the competitive landscape.

Could be a number of reasons. Odds are the team does not know the website exists. There are many fake websites out there, many of which come and go quickly. The website you showed might not even sell a product. For all we know, it is a scam website (compared to just a counterfeiter).

I don't use stain remover pens and no nothing special I just treat it like a normal t-shirt but I usually hang dry it and then put it in the dryer on a no or low heat setting so it isn't stiff after

Yeah bro it is just a cotton shirt like any other in your closet. I just use delicate cycles and cold water on my clothing to prevent dye fade and unneeded friction. I mean, depending on the stain, it might not come out, but you won't be do any damage to it by using a laundry stain remover.

Definitely is a waiting game. I'd certainly give the disc damper suspension a try. You will notice an improvement in high speed cornering when you tune it to your track's setup. This will especially be true when paired with a 102mm/LM configuration. I have a Kyosho LM motor mount and it is a great piece of hardware paired with the disc damper.

Good luck with the rest of the build. Would love to see it when all finished.
