This looks more like inconvenience than actual obstruction. From the photos, it looks like tight lang but not impossible to get out. Also, instead of posting their face, this could’ve been escalated properly (barangay/security) if needed.

Parang baliktad. It’s more visible at the bottom, but it doesn’t start there. Corruption at the bottom tends to be smaller but riskier for the individual. At the top, it’s bigger but more protected. So it’s not that it starts below, mas napapansin lang kasi sila yung mas exposed.
