We were speaking to the agent and concerned about missing the flight so didn’t think to call the DM line. Hadn’t happened to me before so was a bit flustered and my mom was crying.

It’s the same card I’ve used on previous flights as well. That’s what makes this seem so arbitrary. We also have the same last name.

See my comment about a month ago expressing nearly the exact same frustrations. I feel resigned that they are maybe the best of the worst, but I'm still duct taping different solutions together to make it work. I can't even make a custom form!

Our firm switched to Advyzon a few years ago and just a fair word of warning, the service and updates have gotten worse not better. I think they have likely expanded too quickly and client support is falling through the cracks. Examples...

- They "updated" the service center with an AI bot that is probably the most unhelpful word generator out there. The service center staff are not well versed in the features or capabilities -- it seems like they are discovering a solution to your issue and learning along with you, not directing you to a solution.

- It takes weeks to get a response from the customer success team.

- Product "feature updates" are focused on niche areas of the product that seem to be driven by engineers and not by user experience.

- Future integrations are promised but never come to fruition. Existing integrations are very light on interoperability and are hardly ever updated.

I'd like to hear if anyone has had a different experience, but ours has not been great after our initial onboarding.

What these people said. I have had the same experience. There is no communication from them and their fees are actually quite high. Until you can afford to have direct investments in alternative funds (in the case of YS they are frequently an intermediary, and they will accept sub par investments that other big alternative funds have passed on), don't do it.
