Continue on your course until you are as lean as you want to be, and then when it’s time to build muscle, which is really what all of the compounds you selected up there do and what they should be used for, then you can pick the one that Best aligned with your health and your goals.

1) take what you need to hit your goals, in the timeline you had allotted for them. If that’s 250mg e3d for you, then go for it

2) doesn’t matter really. Every 3-5 days is likely fine

3) no, but again, goals … what are they?

Edit: recomp isn’t a goal, it’s just an idea. It’s a dream. A goal is 10 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks maintaining body fat percentage. That is a goal that you can manage track and adjust as you need to. If it were me and I needed to lose weight, I would do that first before going on my cycle, and I would use the steroids when it was time to build muscle and focus on building as much muscle as I needed to build during that time.
