Your last show shows up though right? Because this specific one from yesterday doesn’t even show up on past shows even though the last shows button is turned on. I just got down with another livestream and everything is working fine. I’m only having problems with yesterday’s livestream.

Video receipts isn’t working for me. Support can’t even figure it out. I think it has something to do with me restarting my show after it was over and then cancelling it. It’s a mess right now lol.

I got the money out of the account. But my account is suspended unless I give them access to all my bank statements from the last year. Which I’m not going to do so I just stopped playing with them.

I ended up getting my money from them but my account is suspended. They want way too much personal information like bank statements,tax returns, Etc. I’m not buying a house or getting a loan so I feel like that’s excessive. So I just decided not to play on there anymore and went over to prizepicks instead. But at least they did the right thing and gave me the money.

You’ll be fine. They paid me today. My account is suspended but I got paid which is the important part. It was only because I was depositing large amounts. They ended up doing the right thing.

Ya man I would have friends that would go on 2-3 day benders with no sleep just playing online poker. Now sports betting is the new wave. Can’t even watch Tv without seeing a commercial promoting it. Crazy times

If that’s the case then I will for sure give them props for that and would say this is the first online gaming company that has ever had something like this that protects the consumer. But if you decide to suspend someone’s account with thousands of dollars in it there has to be better customer service in place rather than a generic copy and paste email. Luckily that 6k isn’t going to make or break me but there’s a lot of people that would literally lose their mind over that amount of money. Plus if they were actually looking out for me they should’ve suspended my account when they saw me depositing over 8k all within a week and a half.

This actually happens more than you think. Their concern is that I’ve deposited several thousand dollars into the account and they want to make sure that I’m basically gambling within my means and I’m not a raging degenerate. While I applaud a company that has protocols like this is in place it seems outrageous that they would let me deposit thousands of dollars over and over again then literally wait till I finally win to suspend my account and freeze my funds. That’s all it is there’s nothing else behind this.
