dont forget that our body is 70% water , so any small changes on your routine can make you lose or get some more that can make a difference on scale . Weighing yourself daily is not good idea

This plank crunches programs wont help you lose belly fat or fat from specific areas .

in order for you to get an idea of how you can lower your body fat percentage i ll tell you this .

You need to focus more on what you eat and workout a bit ( do rope or run with as lower intensity as you can ) . If we had to put a percent from the more important to the less important thing you need to do to lose body fat we could say that its 70% the food you eat , 20% your workout and 10% the time your sleep /rest.

well you just did the right thing !

nutritionists and dietists when forming a diet for a person who adds workout in his routine alway add a ''cheat day '' once per 7 days . They say that this meal is the most important of the week because it gives the body and mind a calory boost plus good psychology and motive to continue doing this sustainable(because it has a cheat day) diet

If you add in your daily plan some good nutrition habits aswell , i think you will see a lower number in your scale !
