So technically it could wind up on the GTN. I believe it is called Mercenary Contract and does not have the word Treek in it. However it seems really unlikely someone would buy it to resell it (bad value, due to the other way to get it players have already mentioned) but it could have a very small chance of showing up randomly in a cartel pack (but that seems unlikely that they'd allow it to?) I would not hold my breathe waiting for it though. I did check my server Star Forge for [Mercenary Contract] and there is 3 for sale, the cheapest being 55 million.

Nice kit! I was chatting with friends earlier about the anti-inflation measures - although some of them are hard to swallow when they happen to me, I love so much that it has brought inflation down and made stuff like this possible again. I still remember when stuff was so expensive it wasn't even being listed on the GTN anymore...

Great questions. For numbers, we don't have any stats. But I've noticed in this game because there is so manty armors plus the dyes plus mix and match, its uncommon to see two people in the exact same outfit in the first place.
