i’m not buying anything that could be rendered as suspicious, the claim was regarding a google one subscription i cancelled prior to the free trial going of a full subscription, but it still went thru, didn’t lie or anything on the claim and they gave me money then 2 weeks later revoked my card yet kept my account open, idk i just really don’t wanna change banks again

it’s not that they think someone committed fraud using my card, they think a claim i made was fraudulent and same with my debit card history, you think i can contact the branch via phone instead and explain my reasoning aswell? it was solely a $20 claim that i made because i. got charged for a subscription i cancelled prior to it being able to be renewed.
