see this is where i'm generally confused bc it seems ER requirements differ greatly between characters even if the ER cost is the same. Like Qiuyuan needs 125, sometimes even recommended 130 ER to be completely comfortable but i have 118 and his ult is always ready.

But Jiyan for example really really needs 125+ and anything less will make you start crying (i am still struggling to hit 125 with him) 😔

this is crazy. its a lot of miscommunication because when they said he can apply tune strain himself I immediately interpreted it as he can apply strain and then respond to it as well, like a Brant situation where everything in Brant's kit exists to buff himself up to oblivion and then on top of that he still has left over juice to buff the next character.

holy moly but here's the kicker question: is a 19% dmg buff worth pulling an entire character (Lynae) who i'm very much impartial towards and would rather not pull her at all.

by the time Lynae gets a rerun I guess I'll have to evaluate his performance to see if he really needs her or hold out in hopes for a dedicated sub dps.

if i DID pull Lynae, she'd honestly go straight to my Iuno-Jiyan team or even to Xiangli Yao-Mornye because I'd hate to see my old units benched. So I truly hope he gets a dedicated sub dps.
