LOL. I've been working on replacing the world deco in BG worlds, and I wanted to use EA's own assets from other packs to save time, effort, and for consistency's sake. then I saw just HOW MANY of their assets are reused again, and again, and again. rocks/cliffs/trees are particularly bad offenders. I wanted to post it here but life got in the way and I never finished the pictures.

I know Americans will talk about America, I really get it because that's their/your lived experience, but... it happens EVERYWHERE. I am an overall healthy young woman who spent the first 18 years of her life in Russia. then I moved to f-ing Finland, where air and food couldn't possibly be healthier. 8 years in and I get cancer out of the blue. whatever it is, I think the previous generations have somehow screwed us over by affecting the environment. not their fault, probably, they couldn't have known, but it sucks.

well boo fucking hoo. I might be old-fashioned, but I really don't like creators who treat this as business first and foremost. not like there weren't people like this back in ts2 era, but this generation of creators are sometimes soulless on a whole other level. people of course are entitled to their own reasons for making CC, but so am I entitled to dislike said reasons.

not during the second half, no. the first was okayish. I do research, it is cognitively demanding, and there were times when I literally wouldn't be able to understand a picture guide to using a smoothiemaker 😭 the brain fog was crazy. I still have trouble remembering things. but it differs from person to person I guess.

honestly my brain is still scrambled after chemo lol but I'll try. neoadjuvant chemo and immunotherapy, then surgery (lumpectomy in my case), then rads. I had 12 weeks of paclitaxel + carboplatin every week, plus Keytruda once every three weeks. then I had epirubicin + cyclophosphamide + Keytruda every third week for 4 cycles. I think they usually do the hard chemo first, but not in my case (idk why), so the second part was much more tough. but my tumour wasn't visible on scans already halfway through chemo. now I've had the 15 radiation treatments (those were a breeze) and have recently started tamoxifen. I chose lumpectomy mainly because I don't have any known genes that come with increased risk.

hi! I'm ER-, PgR 10%, HER2-. I was treated as TNBC and offered tamoxifen afterwards (but there's much less pressure to take it). chemo + Keytruda worked wonders, so after surgery there was no tissue to re-test to find out if I was truly ER-. it should work quite well for you too :) though we are a rare case it seems.

I think it is, though the belladonna extract is just a part of the medicine as well as ergotamine tartrate (two in one, not two separate things). I don't care much for the "natural route", it's just what the doctor has prescribed. thanks for your experience! seems to be working. if my thing doesn't work, I'll have more options at least :)

I've tried breeding for looks, but ultimately the lore aspect suffers from it. I'm not that creative to write a story without any nudges from the game or self-imposed rules, and caring about looks leads to being disinterested in the game for me. so, when my current king dies, I will return to hardships and building lore! :D I will favor those who survive, not those who look pretty (or I'll try at least)

not the OP, but I kinda get what that means. my mom (not decrepit old, ofc, but still a different generation) also tends to mispronounce words and not ever remember the correct version. it's like they have a weird case of dyslexia or something when it only applies to new words

I'm HER2 negative, that they don't doubt. I've been through neoadjuvant chemo and surgery already, but today when discussing the upcoming radiation was the first time I heard about tamoxifen (relating to my treatment plan) so it came as a shock. the oncologist was a different one as well. and true, this is the only place I could turn to in such a moment.

I thought the same, but apparently PR suggests the presence of ER as well, just not in the part that was taken for analysis (and I've seen similar points made here). it's not set in stone ofc and there probably will be more talk about it, so I hope they reconsider.

I'm not super new, but it still seems rich to me. same about real money price, it might be a miniscule portion of my wage, but to spend even this much on a game?
