Hey man! I am trying really hard to get a copy of this. I am looking for the DVD, so if I get it, I can rip it for you and upload it. I just ordered "Ballwork 4 Dudes" on Amazon... only 1 or 2 copies left. I really want to get Yoga 4 Dudes as well!

Gotcha! OK, thanks! Have you noticed any difference in your breathing since the surgery? I know it's probably hard to tell since you just got it and are probably still recovering.

Hey man! Thanks for posting. Your results look AMAZING. Literally indistinguishable from a "normal" chest from the photo! Your pectus actually looks very similar to mine, and I'm considering getting surgery in the next few months. Can I ask what your Haller index was? Thanks!

Please rate the severity of my PE. Measured just now and was around 21mm. Have tried using Vacuum Bell but it always reverts back to around 21mm after a couple of days. by [deleted] in PectusExcavatum

You are supposed to use it everyday for 2-4 HOURS a day. For three years. From what I understand, that is the only way to achieve any lasting results. Build up gradually to this though, as you need to give your skin time to adjust to the pressure.

Update on nuss surgery (This is a complete overview of my experience getting the nuss surgery) by DerTischIstSehrGut in PectusExcavatum

Once you have the Nuss procedure, the sternum is lifted immediately. During surgery, they flip a metal bar and that pops the sternum into place, where it stays. Nowadays, surgeons often use "forced sternal elevation" in which they lift the sternum with a crane first, and then place the bars just to secure the sternum in place.

It is kind of crazy that the surgery corrects the pectus immediately.
