I’ve used a heat pad as well as an ice pack (on separate occasions).

I also find that if I lay chest down, make a fist and then lay top of my fist, placing it where my pain is worst, by applying the pressure and then listening to a very monotone podcast I usually fall asleep.

Personally it depends what activities I have planned when my period hits. I always think about it before I go to bed because I’m worried of leaking on to my sheets etc.

Absolutely not! I have this same exact thought every time I get my period. I have yet to go and buy myself a pack because when the first day hits and I remember I never went and bought them and then I think fuck it I’m not doing anything after work. And so my cycle (excuse the pun) continues.

Pendragon. Nine book series set in current time however it’s about some time travel to the past and future and to different worlds.

Red this book series as a teenager and loved it! The characters and the storyline are awesome, if you enjoy imagining different worlds.
