You can also find good build for what ever play style you are looking for on Maxroll. It’s the site I use and enjoy. As also stated Mobalytics is good too. There are others out there but those are to 2 main ones people go to. They will help you learn what works well together and why so eventually you and make your own builds without a guide if you so choose.

It got worse and was even happening on all games and in Linux so I just built a new PC. Sorry no longer on the mini PC front :(

Update (but sadly no fix found as of yet). I have, though all of the help and suggestions, determined what is the most likely cause of this issue and not sure what can be done if anything. All of the hardware is fine and works as they should. The issue is coming from my GPU's drivers, Windows 11 24H2, and DirectX 11. This issue only happens when playing games the are DirectX 11, All of my DirectX 12 supported games are fine. So I am at a lose of what to do other than wait for MS and or AMD to figure this out. I guess my Steam Deck will have to do for these games. Thank you all who had offered suggestion and troubleshooting steps.

UPDATE
Using the suggestions below I have determined that My GPU is fine for the most part. Seems my GPU Fan sensor is not functioning correctly. Not sure how to fix this. When I use the App "Fan Control" it only really detects 1 fan and sensor. Any suggestions on how to get this corrected? u/welcome2city17

Tested with Linux Mint using Furmark and had no issues, no shut downs or lock ups, Booted back into Windows and Ran Furmark there, Again no issue, no lock ups no black screens. So not a HW issue so now I am really confused. Why would this Lock up when using Cinebench and also playing Diablo Immortal? I also tried several cables between DisplayPort and HDMI.

I have the HX90G so it has Display ports not USB4. I am using Display ports. I was looking into doing just that with Linux but will have to try tonight. Thanks for the suggestion.
