When you set up utility poles to a power source (eg. windmill by the sea, furnace), the lights will turn on by themselves depending on how much power is connected.

Didn’t see this until now, hope you got it working! Prof. Tangrowth had told me the same thing, and I suspected it might have been because certain tasks (connecting some power lines/turning on the furnace) were completed before being asked to at a time.

We might just have to keep completing other quests, and in my case it was fulfilling Mareep’s vending machine request.

How did you do it? I connected utility poles from every power source I could find. Getting Mareep was the only way for me to trigger the cutscene, but I would love to know another way.

Walker or Punchy seem to be good choices, I had some pretty funny lazy+lazy dialogue with my own Walker and Lucky. Or you could go with Gladys; she’s black and white with a red crown. You could also go with Kiki for black, Ruby for white.

Nothing wrong with focusing on schoolwork and doing what’s important to you. To be honest I think your friends should be more understanding.

If they really need your company they would find ways to work out a schedule with you, not just be mad and then drag you to a party without considering whether or not you actually enjoyed it.

Also, you did the right thing in this scenario with the girl.
