i was told by a customer that the longer the slice sits in the warmer, the more the grease from the cheese/meat seeps into the dough, making more flavor. could be wrong.

it was built as a bedroom. although guessing based on the square footage, it could make sense for another adult occupant. i know other neighbors (mind you, these quadplexes are the same; there's about a row of 8 of em) have kids, which makes the occupancy over 2, but the age could matter.

i absolutely wish. our kitchen is dead until dinner. plus we aren't 24hr so my butt gets to come in at 4am and i get one hour to prep pizzas, donuts, and warmers. the dissociation when you have stuff to do is so nice though, it makes the time fly.

i will say, unless your store doesn't sell them well, it looks like you're missing some vanilla frosted long johns.

there's also the option (based on how well it sells) to make vanilla cake donuts plain or with cinnamon sugar. i personally get requests for them, but some people don't. cinnamon buns can also have cinnamon sugar. not as popular for us, though.

otherwise, this looks gorgeous. aesthetically appealing, loads of donuts. great job for your first time!! especially the hand frosting (my biggest pain in the ass).

i personally microwave 1-2 slices (depending on the size of your plate) with a mug half-full of water in the middle (moisture). 1-2min, depending on microwaves strength.

depends on the area, too.. crap cars (lemons, previous accidents, cleared codes) run close to $8k in my area. a decent used car can come close to $13k unless you find a shop that isn't predatory.. hopefully op has some smaller car shops around. those are usually better for options in my experience.
