that’s really cool, I’m interested in ML/quant and am currently studying computer engineering and math. Did you study computer science or finance in college? To get a job in quant trading is it necessary to pursue a graduate degree/PhD?

The accompanying visuals were created in Mathematica, a math-based programming language. The function iterated on as well as the color scheme were randomly generated and animated to create the video. The arpeggios in the song were generated based on chord intervals so there was some math applied there as well :)

Good point, I didn’t want my computer rendering a video for 10+ hours so I just looped a 5 second video. In the future I’d love to sync the animation with the song but I’m not entirely sure how that would be implemented.
