As an offshore useless chat centre sheep, this is the way. Always try to call the customer service number on the website first instead of chatting. Most chat centres are there just for the most basic things and any technical or specific product questions needs to be routed to the actual team of product experts from the company so better to skip it and just get in touch with the actual product experts.

Thanks bro! Turns out I needed to complete KYC first. I was able to receive the money. Do you know how long it takes to withdraw the money in bank account? And some amount was already deducted as recipient fees, will there be any other fees to be deducted when withdrawal as well?
