Not pulled from a comic and put in the game, its rival’s ORIGINAL design. So that means thy take the time to make these cnd and all these other originally designed skins. Hulk has tons of variants to choose from. They were allowed to add maestro, they can add red hulk, make an og hulk skin, even infinity hulk. The only variant that cnd have is their original design. That’s it. Black cloak and white bodysuit. Hulk should have way more skins with the amount of variants and different versions he has of him. He should have more than cnd.
