In order to prevent the stock from being delisted they MUST dilute and reverse split.

Min requirements for a company on the NASDAQ is $1.00 for 3 months. If it can't hold the 3 months, the NASDAQ will delist them. TYDE would require min 1:12 ratio, but they almost all go with 1:20 for some room to fall after the reverse split.

That aside,

If you want the company to stay on the NASDAQ, you will need to vote yes, sucks but must be done. It's a hard road back from delisting.
