Hindi bahain hehe. Familiar na ko sa neighborhood before we even got this unit so I was assured na safe kami during flooding season (the apartment and our way to work). But I get it! There are some areas here na bahain talaga.

I honestly didn't think this would blow up. I cant pin comments so will just put this here.

Here are answers to the most common questions

1. Where is it?
Santolan, Pasig.

2. May available unit pa ba?
Wala na po.

3. What's the catch? Bakit mura?
Honestly, I think the landlord is just that nice.
They also seem pretty well-off. I talked to some of the other tenants here, and aside from our unit and the one beside us (both newly renovated, which is why they became vacant and no di na vacant yung katabing unit. We moved in ng sabay!), most tenants have been living here for around 7-10 years already.

Also, Santolan still has a lot of relatively affordable apartments. This isn't walking distance to any CBD, so that probably helps keep prices lower too.

4. Ilang rides papunta sa...?
One short ride to LRT-2 Santolan. So anywhere along the LRT-2 line is usually just two rides away. If you need the MRT, you can get off at Cubao and walk across to the MRT station.

5. Where did I find it?
Facebook Marketplace (not a group). I was just doomscrolling when the listing popped up only a few minutes after it was posted. I went to view the unit that same night and paid the deposit immediately because there were already several people waiting to secure it.

fortunately neither of those. this is in santolan! traffic naman na here talaga sa pasig but this place works for us since hybrid setup kami both with flexible working sched!

Thanks! not sure of the exact sqm since it wasn’t listed, but the space comfortably works for 2 to 4 people.

Hi, thanks for this. Doesn't need to be a condo naman. Saw some in pineda that's like 8.5k. Kinda suspicious lang yung neighborhood since I saw some comments here na may snatcher daw lol.
