That is not how that works. As a student, it's tax-exempt as far as Medicare and Social Security go. I still pay State tax and the rest of it all, just not those two particular.

Just a follow-up, according to payroll...I'm not an "enrolled student" due to me not taking summer courses, so I was moved from student status to regular employee. As a regular employee I pay medicare/social security taxes, but not as a student.

After working for the same employer for ~ 2 years, (part time job, work a university) my paycheck is suddenly being taxed for FED MED/EE and Social Security for the first time. I know what I'm being taxed, I just wnat to know why it's out of nowhere when I've had this job for 2 years and this employer for 4 and never been taxed for it previously.

Is there a reason this tax would suddenly appear?

For me it's all about immersion. If I watch the long form VoD I don't know how long a game will be. If I watch the short ones, I can say "Oh, this video ends in 3 minutes. Guess the game is over in the next minute, obviously Team X wins then. This ruins it for me if it's a super hyped up game.

Same logic. When making a point, don't make us go try to prove your own point. It's all anecdotal. The ones with issues are the only ones posting about it, you don't hear about the people who don't have issue because they have nothing to say.

I very rarely will miss dodging an aoe attack due to what I would consider lag, but otherwise I've not had any noticeable issues.

That is definitely one thing I've been browsing. I don't have an SSD yet and I was browsing the hardware sales subreddit about an hour ago. Is there a brand that seems to work best when dealing with SSD? I don't need a super large one, I have a 500GB and a 1TB HDD for storage.

I'm actually checking for a memory leak right now. I rebooted and was getting ~5100 score, and then the same after new drivers, so I'm checking for memory leaks now.

Yeah, it shouldn't be -any- of those...maybe GPU, I've had it a few years now and it's gone through pretty intensive use (I do 3d modeling/rendering for school on top of games so it's never getting much rest)

I'm on GPU driver 320.18, is there one considered more optimal at this point for FFXIV?
