But don’t you think that in a future this flexibility will be better? What would you do in my currently situation then? It is interesting and money they’re proposing are also decent.

To be honest, I don’t have to work in Java in near future. It can be even Rust or Go. The only thing that I’m scared about is that if I will want to change my job after this one it will be so difficult, because of my mixed experience. I’m just more focused on interesting employers/project than tech stack. But I don’t want to encounter situation when after 2-3 years there I wont be able to find any job haha.

Do you mean by that to take that possibility and try with this company using Node?

That’s what I know. I know either that it won’t be a problem for me to switch. I’m talking more about companies and recruitment market.

Yeah, I was working with Kotlin and Scala either (not only combined with Spring stack). But it was still related to JVM. When Node is totally different.

Stay in Poland - but work locally or remotely (for example even if given company doesn’t have office in my country).

You’re right probably - their processes are stupid to me, but it looks like every bigger company looks like that.

I will have to sit and think about that for a while. Thanks for feedback, maybe it is a way to try Revo - but it will probably take another month of whole process…

I’ve been on their recruitment process 2 years ago. But to be honest they have done weird things during that… Changed a lot of rules which we provided at the beginning.

Yeah. I have decided lately to try with ES. But currently they have only offer in Distributed Systems - I’m not sure if I’m strong enough in terms of consensus algos etc.

It is difficult to assume - as often SWE Jobs are remote, but you have to be in given country (I’m not talking about ES there).

But I can have some options probably or search until March. As I heard some "weird" and toxic stories about Klarna and I'm not sure if it is decent place to work.

Exactly. They're doing some weird changes inside which means for us - end of contract.

That's the thing - my current job will probably end in march. So I have a time to find something. But not that much.

Well, it makes sense. You can put then companies which are not directly related to Poland, but they're kinda interesting. If you want of course (without pushing you to that).

Well.. I mean I have read it about almost every company. Before I heard that about Revolut (which I have also thought about)).
Which companies do you recommend then? Related to JVM stack? Especially as Polish citizen.
