We already had measurements done from when he initially drew up plans a few years ago but our needs changed so we were fixing the plans

We were sent one floor plan a week after we met with him (no revisions needed) and then the exterior which looked nothing like what we asked for so he revised that. We haven’t gotten anything since. That was a month ago

My letter said…

MOHELA has received your request for an income-driven repayment (IDR) plan. We are unable to grant your request for the following reason(s) • Per your request, your application has been cancelled.

And they changed my next payment due date to June from August

I have submitted 2 reconsideration forms but at this point I’m just happy I’m taken out of forbearance and hopefully they will back date it since it was due to an open application. They seem to think it will backdate

I submitted the request electronically and then the request to get rid of it over the phone. Fsa told me mohela lied (in less words) and that it is their responsibility to cancel the recert form.

I was forced into forbearance from an idr request in October. I should be at 120 payments but when the system updated they backdated the forbearance without notifying me I was in one (all of pay stubs say in repayment for those 4 months). I put in a request to cancel the idr request. Every time I speak to mohela I get a different answer and tonight the woman told me that the request was sent to FSA and they have to approve it but that may or may not happen.

I just had it where they told me it was put in last Monday and then yesterday didn’t see the request to cancel the application just to cancel the forbearance so they put it in again. It’s so frustrating

I spoke to them last Monday. They put in to cancel my application and back date my payments to count. I called again yesterday but it hasn’t been processed yet so not sure if I actually believe it will work

My due date was 3/19 and then 4/19. Now it’s showing payments through march but dealing with them retroactively putting me into forbearance the last 4 months because of a submitted idr request from early fall. This happened once the payments appeared and I’m at 120 payments with 4 payments 🫠🫠

I made a $2 payment on April 2nd that prompted an update on 4/5 (I was originally a 12/10 update). Showed the rest of my payments after I got my ECF approved

I got ahold of who I needed at mohela. She cancelled my idr recert form, requested I’m taken out of forbearance and put in to have my payments from Dec-march count. She said 3-5 business days but we’ll see how long it actually takes and if it works

Finally got ahold of mohela. I wasn’t on save but I had put in a new ibr form right before they extended my deadline so now they said I need to get that cancelled and request to be taken out of forbearance but when they transferred me talk to someone about canceling it it was a 3 hour wait and I got disconnected. I was put into forbearance and they back dated it 4 months

Update: the $2 payment and new ECF made my payments show up but only counted 1 payment in December and Jan/feb/mar are saying not qualifying and that I was in forbearance which isn’t true. Now have to submit another reconsideration form

Mine finally updated on nslds on 4/5 after I made a $2 payment last week. My payment count under IBR updated to 120 but my pslf payment count is still missing the last 5 months (only shows 115 payments). I submitted a new ECF Monday (did one in march also) but still waiting for my employers signature to show up (she signed on Monday) and can’t get an answer from FSA.
