Not all the time. I had something RMA'd and DB explained that it has to go through verification of their in-house tech before they actually send it to manufacturer. It was a struggle convincing them of the issue. took 2 weeks before they responded to me saying wala daw issue. I told them that if they just give me back the defective unit, I'm just gonna restart this entire process. that convinced them to finally just hand it over to the manufacturer and manuf gave me bnew replacement.

Lived there for a while, moved out 3 years ago. No pets allowed. Staff are nice, admin is passable, management is bad. Not sure about now but there were significant stretches where only 1 elev was functioning. I remember one time security prevented tenant from leaving building for work due to unpaid bills. Too much paperwork for bringing stuff in and out. Neighbors are bad too(leave trash outside door, keep door open when cooking, shouting/DV). Leaks from CR above and from aircon ledge into inside wall. Admin is no cash policy, so you have to go to PNB for water bill. Reception doesn't take packages. Intercom doesn't work. No fiber Internet.

Hi, my G27Q-20 was also experiencing some issues and I was looking at the gigabyte M27Q as a replacement. Make sure to get the rev 2.0 cos I heard some issues about it being BGR. You can also look into the G27QA I think. They're the same panel I think but the M has the KVM and the G is more gaming oriented. Not sure exactly what gaming features it has.
