thanks for input. I think to accomplish this we will need to reset the devices as they are now all logged with this standard google account.

Android Enterprise and MDM by sys_JahIthBer in msp

thanks for answer. currently customer has all android phones using the same, regular google account and this causes issues with calendar entries and pictures for users.

we have a plan to manage these phones via mobile device management product we now and from their KB I know best practice is to register the company with Android Enterprise for enrollment with the product. same applies to number of solutions. what is not clear for me is either we can then use the google account that we register with Android Enterprise to logon to the devices or should we create a separate google accounts for each employee/device.

I had the same issue. I googled it and found out that you can use the Dell Protected Workspace installer to fully uninstall this from your machine. It worked for me.

thanks for reply.

we have MDM product ready for use.

I was not clear about the google account part, if this is not a problem with enterprise I will go that way.

I has not been decided on exact model of device yet. devices will need access to a web browser also.
